We ship worldwide.

Pre-orders are a convenient way for fans to purchase new products ahead of their release dates and ensure to not miss on the products before they’re sold out (especially such products as limited hand-numbered CDs and collector’s edition items). We always recommend pre-ordering to ensure availability. Pre-ordering also means your orders to be shipped first as soon as the items are available. Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, the order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) available.

When you place an order, you have a 3-hour window to cancel it. After the 3-hour window, we are unable to cancel your order as it has been passed to processing. To cancel your order, please message us here with your order number and full name.

We print on Fruit Of The Loom. Please refer to the size chart here.

We got you covered! All our CDs are shipped in Jewel Cases securely packaged to avoid any damage. Vinyl records are shipped in secure cardboard mailers. Additionally, all media products come in re-sealable sleeves for best preservation (if not factory sealed).

Packages are dispatched during the working week (Monday through Saturday), 2-4 days after you’ve placed your order.

Yes, absolutely! Your order will be shipped via registered airmail with a tracking code provided to you at no additional cost. The code will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. Visit this page to track your order.

Orders will usually take 2-4 weeks to get delivered. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location, you will always have a tracking number to track your order. COVID-19 note: Please note that COVID-19 related delays sometimes occur.

Media product orders are final. Unworn and unwashed clothing items can be returned or exchanged if you have received the wrong size from what was ordered. If you have ordered correctly and the item doesn’t fit, an exchange is possible with the postage fees paid by the customer. We provide detailed size chart tables for all clothing products so please choose your size carefully.
