General Questions

All products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Shopping with us you are supporting the bands directly.

We accept everything except gift cards.

We will ship to anywhere in the world except Russia and Philippines.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Poland.

We usually try to ship next business day. Sometimes it can take 1-2 more days if we have too many orders.

1-2 weeks for EU.
1-4 weeks for USA (depends on your state, it can be 1 or it can be 4 weeks).
4-6 weeks for Australia and Canada.
3-4 weeks for the rest of the world.

Please note that these are approximate estimations based on our experience. You can always track your order with the tracking link that you will receive once your order is shipped.

Please note that customs clearance fees are set and charged by your government, not by us. We do not profit from these charges in any way.

As a courtesy, we usually declare a lower value on packages to help reduce or sometimes avoid these fees, but this is never guaranteed. For our UK customers, this method works roughly 7 out of 10 times based on our experience. In the USA, new rules have recently been introduced, so the outcome is still unpredictable.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a week or even two, don’t worry - your order is not stuck, delayed, or lost. This is completely normal for international shipments. Tracking will update once the shipping carrier processes the package in the destination country.

There are 2 options to fix this:

1. When the order gets back to us you pay the shipping fee again and we ship it again.

OR

2. It gets back to us and we refund the cost of the products minus the customs clearance fee (usually ~$3USD).

Yes we can! If your order hasn't shipped please contact us and provide your correct address and we will fix it for you.

Yes we will usually try to combine multiple orders by default. Please email us if you want to make sure your orders will be combined.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you place an order, you have a 1-hour window to cancel. After that, we are unable to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number.

Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned. Products must be returned new and unused. Contact us to arrange a return.

If you recieved wrong size by our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs to exchange it for the correct one. However, if you ordered the wrong size yourself, you will be responsible for all additional shipping and customs clearance fees. The size charts are available on every clothing product page – please read them carefully before placing your order. Please note that you have 30 days to request an exchange.
